Center Open House Showcases Local Artists
Brookfield Crafts Center's
open house, from 1 to 4 PM, lets visitors meet more than thirty
local craft artists associated with the Center who demonstrate
their craft in buildings overlooking the Still River at Halfway
Falls. Live demonstrations include: woodturning, pottery on the
wheel, loom weaving, jewelrymaking, blacksmithing, torch worked

King Henry VIII, our good sovereign, Head of the Church of England
will be planning a visit to the gentlefolk residing in Somershire.
Accompanying him will be his current bride, Mistress Ann Boleyn,
along with loyal members of the court. A feast will be offered
on both days, with the Royals in attendance. A celebration of
Music, food, and merriment for all.
